He was always very calm and cool and collected the entire time and made me feel at ease. Clay is not just incompetent — he is deceptive (His 5 stars reviews are fake). Unlike an advocate who genuinely works in your best interest, Clay operates with negligence and misrepresentation. We are filing a complaint with the bar association for malpractice and will be pursuing a civil lawsuit as well. This isn’t just about money — it’s about the damage he causes to strong, winnable cases. You might ask, “Why would my own attorney sabotage my case?” In my situation, he invoiced me for services like locating an expert witness, yet that expert was never retained or listed. As a result, my cases were dismissed on summary judgment — not due to merit, but due to his failure to follow through. His conduct was not only unprofessional, it was outright reckless. Proceed with caution — in my experience, working with him was a complete mistake.

The worst attorney ever. He is forgetful and confuses facts about the case. He applies minimal effort in your case and has no qualms of losing your case due to his negligence. He has previously been punished by the FL Bar and he should not be permitted to practice law. He will tell you anything to get your case and then do a horrendous job. Stay away from this con man.
